Mr. Mohamed Fathy Delivers a Training Lecture on Asset and Custody Management at Lafarge Cement Site

As part of the continuous efforts to enhance operational efficiency and promote best management practices, Lafarge Cement Site organized a specialized training session on "Asset and Custody Management," delivered by Mr. Mohamed Fathy and attended by a number of Security guard and site supervisors.

During the session, Mr. Fathy highlighted the fundamental principles of asset and custody management, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding company assets through effective control, accountability, and proper documentation.
